ParticipantHi Renece, I also completed the activity and got the same results:
1. Average PSS_Score = 26.30
2. Average sleep (Males)> Average sleep (Females) since 6.25> 5.20.
3. Correlation coefficient = -0.973 indicates a strong negative relationship between stress and sleep. The correlation of -0.973 really stood out to me – it’s a very strong negative correlation between the two. This also suggests that less sleep could lead to heightened stress levels. It makes sense considering how crucial sleep is for emotional regulation. Did anything in the data surprise you?
