Did males or females sleep more on average?
there were Males (6.25 hours) slept more than females (5.17 hours).Is there a relationship between stress and sleep? What does the correlation suggest?
Yes. There is a strong negative correlation (-0.81) between stress and sleep.
This suggests that less sleep is associated with higher stress.
