ParticipantThere is a statistically significant strong negative linear correlation between social anxiety and study hours, where as study hours increases, social anxiety decreases (r = -0.884, p <0.001).
The data suggests that of the students who passed, majority had high attendance (57.1%), followed by medium attendance (28.6%) then low attendance (14.3%).However, there is insufficient evidence to reject the claim that is no association between attendance level and passing (p=0.161).When designing academic interventions I would prioritize study hours over improving attendance because increased study hours is has a strong positive correlation with passing that is statiscally significant, measuring using spearman rho where r = 0.764, p = 0.01.
Additionally, as social anxiety increases passing decreases (spearman rho r = -0.646, p= 0.044), and social anxiety tends to decrease with increase study hours. Prioritizing increasing study could possibly improve passing and decreasing social anxiety amongst students.

Participant1. What does the correlation coefficient suggest about the link between social anxiety and study hours?
The correlation coefficient is strongly negative being 0.01 which shows that where study hours increase, social anxiety decreases (r= -0.884, p <0.001).
2. Is the relationship statistically significant?
The relationship is statistically significant because the p value is 0.001 which is less than 0.05 making the relationship significant
3. Does attendance level predict whether a student passed?
there is no association between attendance level or passing4. Which result would you prioritize when designing academic interventions?
I would prioritize study hours improving attendance because of it has a strong correlation
