The video highlights how and why Psychology is considered a science. The empirical process of observation and experiments makes Psychology a science. Of note was that research findings on human behaviour are reliable for a certain time due to changes in behaviour over time and different situations

I thought that the video provided an interesting summary of Psychology as a science, which is not new to me. The steps of the scientific method were also received as a palatable refresher.
